The Educational Media and Technology Yearbook has served as an industry standard for Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, and Information Science for over 40+ years. For the upcoming special edition, the editors are seeking chapters which describe emerging research and thought regarding augmented reality, mixed reality, and virtual reality.
Submission Information:
Seeking chapter proposals, 250-500 words in length, from industry professionals, librarians, museum professionals, academic instructors/professors and teachers. Chapters can be exploratory in nature, theoretical or application based.
Manuscripts should be scholarly or research focused in tone and consist of 2500-5000 words in APA style. The intent of this special issue of the Educational Media and Technology Yearbook is to establish practice, development, and promise for Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality today. The audience for the EMTY Special Edition includes academic technology/ed tech professionals, faculty, IT researchers, librarians, and K-12 practitioners.
